Dipped Tantalum Capacitor Features

Suntan produce Dipped tantalum capacitor of Hi-quality and competitive price for over 30 years. This product range which features high stable performance, lower current leakage and dissipation factor, stable frequency & temperature and long life. It meets and exceeds the requirements of IEC Specification 384 –15 — 3, IECQ Specification QC300201/US0003 and Technical Specification SJ/T10856–96. Application: military and civil applications include TV sets, camcorders, computers, program-controlled electronic telephone, switching systems, telephones, instruments and meters

 

Suntan LOW ESR Tantalum Capacitor

TS20L series are LOW ESR Chip Tantalum Capacitors. This type of capacitor is available in 6 different sizes ( S case, A case, B Case, C case, D case, E Case ).

1. Temperature Range: -55°C~+125°C (>80°C with rated volted darating)
2. Laser-marked Case
3. Capacitance tolerance: +/-20%; +/-10% (for special order)
4. DC leakage at 25°C:1o<=0.01 Cr or 0.5Ma (Whichever is greater)

The above features make this range ideal for SMT applications including telecommunication, computer, camcorder and mobile phone set.

Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor

Suntan TS17A Axial Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor can be made 50VDC and 100VDC, from 100pF to 1uF. The leads can be bended for mounting purpose. They have a wide range of applications in computer, data processor, telecommunication, industrial control, and instrumentation equipments, etc. They are manufactured with a superior moisture and shock resistant epoxy coating, can be supplied in both bulk or tape and reel package for automatic insertion in printed circuit board.

Suntan TS18H Series (SMT Types) are available for high voltage applications …. 500V, 1KV, 2KV, 3KV, 4KV & 5KV rating.

Trimming Potentiometer – 3386 series with knob

Now Suntan TSR-3386 all sub-series are available with knob now for finger adjustment. When you place order, just need add suffix letter ‘T’ for new order code. This single turn square trimming potentiometer is cemet, sealed for industrial use, it is with many terminal types, such as TSR-3386B, 3386C, 3386H, 3386J, 3386S, 3386W, 3386T, 3386U, 3386Y, 3386G, 3386V, 3386F, 3386K, 3386M, 3386R and TSR-3386X. The resistance tolerance for this series is 5% or 10%, rotational life is 200 cycles. Standard package is 50pcs per tube.
